1. Privacy Policy - All information presented in forms on the InvitationStation.Weebly.com will not be shared with any third parties. All payments will be transacted through PayPal and are subject to their privacy policy and terms of use. We encourage our customers to be careful with their personal information and to only share their name, email and shipping address on our forms.
2. Terms of Service
a. Non-refundable Deposit - At time of purchase, included in your fee will be a mandatory non-refundable deposit consisting of no less than 30% and no more than 50% of your total purchase.
i. Exceptions - if the merchandise arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to an improper quality of care by Amy's Invitation Station, a full refund may be given. This is at the discretion of the Sole Proprietor.
b. Damaged Merchandise - Amy's Invitation Station accepts no liability for third party actions including damage to the package during shipment.
c. Returns - Due to the personalized nature of most of our merchandise, if for any reason a customer may wish to return merchandise, the customer may receive a refund up to a maximum of 50% retail value.
d. Custom Orders
i. A "Custom Order" is any order which, after a Custom Order Form is submitted, results in creation of a new template by Amy's Invitation Station.
ii. Creation of a Custom Order means that Amy's Invitation Station is creating a new template which can be used by Amy's Invitation Station at the business's discretion.
iii. Quotes for custom orders will be sent via email in the form of an invoice from PayPal. At that time a designated portion of the expense will be required as a non-refundable deposit. Upon payment of the deposit a sample photo of the custom content will be sent.
3. A "customer" is any person 18 years of age or older who may purchase merchandise from, order from, submit information to, or interact in any way via telephone, email or any other electronic communication with Amy's Invitation Station.
4. Customers agree to seek any and all damages from tortious actions via binding arbitration within the State of New York, Dutchess County.
5. Submission of a Custom Order Form or payment via PayPal is considered acceptance of this privacy policy and these terms of service.
6. These terms are subject to revision as seen fit by the proprietor of Amy's Invitation Station.
